Operations & Maintenance, Constructions, Electronics, Marine
Services and Procurement. To perform these services, SNS has the
following divisions.

I. PERSONNEL SUPPORT

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.
The objective of these activities is to facilitate administrative services for companies with a significant number of expatriate employees. The administrative requirements in Saudi Arabia are unique and alien to expatriate employees. Companies prefer to subcontract these services to local companies that are specialized in this field. |

SNS has an administrative system that can be incorporated into the
client’s management system. All necessary forms and procedures have been designed and are ready for implementation. Administrative services at
SNS are classified into five categories:

1)
RECRUITMENT SERVICES
SNS is connected to recruiting offices in Europe, USA, and the Far East. Clients have the option to hire an employee at their expense or subcontract the employee’s services.
SNS can:
a) Coordinate with recruiting offices.
b) Short list potential candidates for selection by clients.
c) Recruit for client’s payroll.
· Employee paid by client.
· Employee housed and transported at client’s expense.
· All employee benefits are on client’s expense.
(Ticket, General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), meals , and medical)
d) Recruit on SNS payroll and hire out to client.
· Employee paid by SNS.
· Employee housed and transported at SNS expense.
· All employee benefits at SNS expense ( Tickets, GOSI,
Meals, Medical and Transportation)

2) PERSONNEL SERVICES
SNS undertakes the responsibility of coordinating the activities and preparation for new expatriate employees. This responsibility includes arranging for work permits, coordinating their arrival, and housing them.

This category includes:
a) Arrange block visas for client (to provide SNS with necessary documents).
b) Arrange block visas under SNS sponsorship on client’s behalf
(client to provide
SNS with necessary documents).
c) Coordinate with the Saudi Embassy in the respective country.
d) Pick up new employees from airport upon arrival.
e) Provide suitable housing depending on employee standard.

3) GOVERNMENT
RELATIONS SERVICES
All expatriates living in Saudi Arabia are faced with a certain
amount of interaction with government agencies.
SNS is highly qualified to assume the responsibility as
government relations representative for clients. Our services
are:
a) Issue/renewal of iqamas.
b) Prepare exit/reentry visas
c) Issue dependent visas.
d) Issue Permits i.e. Driver’s license, Gate and Security
Passes.
e) Assist to resolve problems with government authorities.
f) Chamber of Commerce for authentication.
4) TRANSPORTATION
SERVICES
SNS can meet client’s requirements for long term and
short term transportation needs.
SNS provides:
a) Leasing of vehicles (inclusive of insurance and maintenance)
b) Purchasing of vehicles.
c) Chartering buses.
d) Scheduling buses to transport employees between their
accommodations and work.
e) Scheduling buses for employee dependents (shopping, school).
