III. OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
SNS provides facilities engineering support, such as maintenance,
repair & minor construction to all buildings and equipment in the
compounds. Provide scheduled and preventative maintenance.
Service, maintain, and repair household and industrial
appliances.
Install operations, maintain, service, repair and overhaul of the
air conditioning and ventilating equipment, |
Provide pest control support that are required to protect
health, supplies, and property with regard to control and
elimination of insects, rodents, and other vermin and organisms.
Provide grounds care at the areas adjacent to offices to include
lawns, shrubs and all surfaced areas such as pavement, walkways,
and parking areas.

5) PROCUREMENT SERVICES
SNS has been active in the Saudi Arabian Market for number
of years and has per-formed numerous important functions for the
clients in logistics support.
Procurement procedures adopted by SNS are in conformity
with internationally known standards and as per Saudi Government
regulations. The services provided but not limited to, are:
a) Purchase of industrial equipment/ supplies.
b) Supply and delivery of consumables (POL supplies) to remote
project sites.
c) Furnishings & Office equipment/ supplies in support of
projects.
d) Procurement of electrical, mechanical & civil works for
the clients.
